After verifying the pricing and availability of the items you've selected, we will send you another email to confirm our acceptance of your order, thereby establishing a binding contract between us.

In the highly improbable event that the products are no longer available or an error has occurred in pricing, we will promptly inform you of the situation. In such cases, we will refrain from dispatching the items, refund any payments made, and no contractual obligations will exist between us.

  5. Order Amendments: If you need to modify your order before finalising it, you can do so on the shopping basket page. You can remove items or adjust quantities using the provided controls. Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are determined by the weight of your parcel, and we strive to keep them as affordable as possible. As an added benefit, orders exceeding £30.00 qualify for free delivery.

Typically, we dispatch all orders within 7 days of receipt, and we utilize DTT Deliveries LTD as our trusted delivery partner.

In the unfortunate event that your goods are lost or damaged during transit, kindly notify us promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work to resolve any issues promptly.


Cancellation and Returns Policy

We sincerely hope that you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, we provide a returns policy that extends for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  1. Unopened Products: If you return an unopened product, you will receive a full refund equal to the total value of your order.

  2. Opened Products: In the case of opened products, we can still accept returns. However, we will weigh the returned item, and you will receive a refund for the portion that is returned to us.

Return postage is paid for by the customer, except where there is evidence of a faulty or incorrect product being supplied. In those cases, we will send you a free returns label to be used - please get in touch with us at onallpawz@gmail.com to discuss this.

We recommend using Royal Mail’s click and drop service to purchase your returns postage.

Although we are usually very quick, please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back to us to allow the the returns process to be completed.
